Shipping Policy

WHEN DOES MY ITEM SHIP?


We process an order immediately upon payment reflecting in our bank account (via EFT) or after 2 working day if payment has been made through PayFast or SnapScan, and if the availability of stock is on hand.


If stock is not on hand, we process orders from our supplier directly to your chosen shipping address. (for prompt delivery please make payment before 2pm on weekdays).

We will communicate with you through calls, email, and WhatsApp in order to make sure you’re comfortable with you order, we are more than happy to cancel and refund your if you let us know before we process your order with our supplier.

Please Note: Unless stated otherwise, all items listed on the website as “in stock” we available from our supplier at the time of listing the item. for shipment directly to your door.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer 3 shipping options with every order.


Standard Shipping is free upon the purchase of any item small or big from our store and takes on average 10 working days for delivery.

Expedited Shipping is available for an additional cost and on average deliver takes 7 working days.

Our Priority Shipping option is the most recommended and packages arrive on average before 5 working days.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

We cover all customs and duty charges so that you, as the buyer don’t have to worry about surprise fees. Delays are rare but may occur as we unfortunately don’t have control over the customs clearance process however we will always keep you updated.
