You may return any new electronic item purchased from BuyandSave.co.za that is “dead on arrival,” arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
BuyandSave.co.za reserves the right to test “dead on arrival” returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
BuyandSave.co.za will not accept returns of any item more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it to Suite #210, Private Bag X1005, Claremont, 7735.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Proof of purchase or Order #
Should Buy and Save supply the incorrect product or if the product is damaged or faulty, Buy and Save shall exchange the unit for a new one, provided that the damaged unit is returned in its original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Certain made to order items may only be returned for a replacement but not for refund.
Buy and Save works on a seven-day refund policy, provided all details regarding refund is known.
Cash refunds will not be given, and any monies due will be paid back into the user’s bank account via EFT.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your via EFT (or via the original method of payment) within seven-day working days.
As some items are not locally available and are sourced from overseas suppliers, customers will be charged for return shipping overseas and a 10% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item locally and overseas.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
